DESIGN PACKAGES

 

Initial Design Consultation $250 Per Room

Our interior design services begin with an in-person consultation to gain a comprehensive understanding of your style, budget, timing, and any additional requirements. This meeting also provides an opportunity for us to get to know you as a potential client, to view the space, and obtain detailed measurements, pictures, and/or videos that will aid in creating and executing your vision. We understand that designing your home can sometimes be overwhelming, so we offer assistance as needed to help you discover your design style. 

 

Design Written Proposal $650 Per Room

Following the consultation, we will deliver a written plan to show you what can be achieved within your space and budget. This plan will include product placement ideas as well as any suggested décor items needed to complete the desired look. If the client wishes to reuse existing items, those will be integrated into the design scheme. Completed proposals include a follow up one hour video/conference call to discuss design plan.

 

Design Execution Starting at  $2500 Per Room

The project execution includes product selection/ordering, budget review, design installation, and complete room staging. During this time, we will coordinate with and manage any subcontractors needed for the job (general contractors, painters, plumbers, electricians, etc.).
